Burger Nights

Date: Burger Nights occur almost every Thursday night of the summer! Click this registration link below to view and register for 2026 burger night volunteer opportunities. 

Hosts: Each Burger Night requires two to three families to host, you will need someone capable of grilling, accepting orders, dealing with cash, handling and preparing food.

Burger Night Event Schedule:

• 4:00-5:00pm: pick up preordered Bogners burgers, hot dogs, cheese veg burgers, tomatoes, lettuce, harpos buns. All cutlery, etc. will be on site for host families.
• 5:00-5:30pm: set up tables, warming trays, grill, buns, condiments, etc.. (all found in pavilion) Digital payment will no longer be accepted. Members may submit via member splash.
• 5:30-7:30pm: Burger Night ordering, grilling and serving! Please be aware that you will be texting families to let them know that their order is ready.
• 7:30-8:00pm: clean up and break down

**Please note that the snack shack will be selling ice cream and snacks during burger night. This will be completed by another host**
